    • Referees needed

The Diocese is looking for adults interested in becoming volleyball referees for our Diocesan Volleyball League. Training is provided. If interested, please contact PJ Bleau, League Coordinator at [email protected] or 774-272-3319.
From Paula Bushey: After much thought, we have come to the decision that new officials are needed this season. Referees will be paid $25 per match and will typically work two matches per evening. No experience necessary (see above announcement). Referee candidates can include former players, parents, and parishioners. Please share this information.
    • play guitar?

Wanted: An experienced classical or acoustic guitar player to help with the faith formation program for high school students. Time commitment is not excessive - only once or twice per month. Can you help us? (Contact information below.)
    • Adults...

Ongoing faith formation is an important part of our lives as we journey through adult years and then growing older. Our needs are different - they include better understanding of our faith, more emphasis in contemplation, and more spontaneous prayer as we grow in our relationship with God. Would you be willing to participate in one meeting to develop some ideas? (Contact information below.)

Technology has enabled us to add to our concept of "church." Livestreaming our Saturday afternoon Mass often includes close to 100 viewers who otherwise might not be able to physically come to Mass. Our website is updated weekly with relevant information. Our parish Flocknote newsletter is received by more than 200 parishioners and guests every Friday morning. Online technologies have enabled us to augment faith formation classes for high school students in new ways. We recently completed an online book study in Zoom with a group of eight adult parishioners. Each of these processes adds to the life of Blessed Sacrament. Just thought you might like to know...
